Sea Country Swimming Pool and Clubhouse

The Sea Country Swimming pool is a beautiful 50,000 gallon outdoor, freeform swimming pool, with a depth of three feet on the sides and maximum depth in the center of four feet.  There are deck and lounge chairs to relax while watching your children, or enjoy a nice day sun bathing pool side.

The swimming pool is open Tuesday - Sunday 8am-8pm and closed on Monday for cleaning.  The first and last hour (8am-9am, 7pm-8pm) are adult swim only. This is the perfect time to enjoy swimming some laps or just relaxing peacefully. 

All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. 

All children 2 and under must be in a swim diaper. 

Everyone in the swimming pool over the age of 2 must have a Sea Country ID card.

Located at the Sea Country Swimming Pool, the Sea Country Clubhouse is a 600 square foot room with two 14 ft. wide doors for an open space that is used for meetings, community events, activities, and available to rent for gatherings on the weekends.

The Sea Country Community Association Clubhouse facility is available for homeowners to rent on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 8pm and the cost is $150.  There is also a BBQ grill available on-site to rent for $25. Currently, the maximum occupancy is 50 people. We reserve dates up to 90 days in advance.  The clubhouse books quickly, so call us for availability.  We can hold a date for 24 hours prior to payment.  When you have a booking date held, please fill out the form below and bring it into the Sea Country Association office with a check for the $150 fee, and a check for the $100 deposit to secure the booking.
