| The Clubhouse is available for rent six days a week except for all holidays, when the clubhouse is reserved for all Sea Country Resident to enjoy. Please read all Party rules before starting your party. The Clubhouse can be reserved weekdays (except for Wednesdays) from 9 AM to 9 PM at a usage rate of $50 dollars a day. The Clubhouse can be reserved Saturday and Sunday for 9 AM to 3 PM or from 3 PM to 9 PM at a usage rate of $50 dollars per time slot. Owners or Residents wishing to obtain a confirmed Party Reservation date MUST fill out and return to the Resident Manager a Clubhouse Usage contract and pay by check only, all usage fees and deposit before a party date is confirmed. |
